These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products through nutritioncombat.com (the “Site”). By placing an order you agree to them.

We are not VAT payers. The price shown is the final price.
2. Products
We sell digital products only — e-books delivered as PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically and no shipping cost is charged. Each copy is personalised: your name, email address and order number are embedded in the PDF as a discreet watermark.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and are final — we are not VAT payers, so no VAT is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe (card and any other methods enabled at checkout). We never receive or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed once Stripe reports the payment as successful, and an invoice is sent to you by email.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. After successful payment you receive an order confirmation email containing a secure, personal download link. The link is tied to your order and is not intended for sharing.
If your email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact info@nutritioncombat.com — we will resend the link.
5. Right of withdrawal — digital content
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right.
For this reason, at checkout you must tick a confirmation that you request immediate delivery of the digital content and that you understand you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Without that confirmation the order cannot be completed.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or does not match its description.
6. Licence and permitted use
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the e-book for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly or upload the file, in whole or in part. All content remains the intellectual property of the author and the Seller.
Because every copy is individually watermarked with the buyer’s details, a leaked copy can be traced back to the order it came from.
7. Health disclaimer
The e-book contains general nutrition and recipe information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a doctor or a qualified dietitian. Consult a professional before changing your diet, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication or have food allergies. You act on the information at your own responsibility.
8. Liability
We provide the product with reasonable care but do not warrant that it is free of every error, nor that it will produce any specific result. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to info@nutritioncombat.com. We will respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the matter, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, Inšpektorát SOI pre Prešovský kraj.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the moment of your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
